At 1KOMPANI, our goal is to enhance information through images and videos to promote quality for viewers and provide understandable visual expressions for businesses and individuals. We conduct analyses, develop plans, and execute photography projects in various cities across Copenhagen, London, and, as of 2024, from Nerja to Estepona.

We are currently seeking an experienced, strategically skilled, and dedicated New Business Manager to lead our development and customer interactions while contributing a strategic sales perspective. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage your schedule effectively, and collaborate with a team with support from management.

About You:

The contact with the potential customer should not happen through the phone, but rather through unannounced personal contact, so it is important that you are presentable, smiling, professional, and can look another person in the eyes.

It is essential that you have a holistic perspective on project management and excel at thinking comprehensively, involving, coordinating, and sharing knowledge. You should be excellent at expanding the customer portfolio while also maintaining existing clients.

Your main task will involve contacting real estate agents, restaurants, hotels, etc., and convincing them of the benefits of using a professional photographer and our services.

Key Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, Spanish or a third language.
- Having your own car and willingness to use it is an advantage.
- Natural ability to engage and communicate with people.
